| Job Description |
- Take hands on approach and participate in system start-up and commissioning of equipment, work with other Service Technicians on onsite repairs.
- Provide repair cost estimates and calculations for quotations.
- Maintain full records of all materials used in each job and ensure that the invoicing and payments are promptly made upon completion of job.
- Maintain time management in coordination with Service Coordinators.
- Lead and co-ordinate technical root cause analysis, risk assessment, problem resolution and close out.
Serve existing accounts by analysing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; carryout installation jobs as and when required; performing acceptance tests.
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
