PROBLEM STATEMENT
The End user was looking for heat shrink sleeves for Field weld joint coating for 3LPE Coated pipes & FBE coated Pipefittings. They are looking for suitable solution which compatible with both FBE & 3LPE Coatings. Pipe Sizes Ranges from 2” – 36”.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
We proposed our Cold Applied tape (Densopol 60HT system) and convinced the Contractor/End user to approve our system instead of Heat Shrink sleeve. They understand the fact that the cold applied tape performs equally to the Heat shrink sleeve, but the mode of application is simple because there are less chances of errors in application. The proposed Densopol 60HT is compatible with both 3LPE & FBE Coating.

While Application Training done by us, QC Engineers from Salalah Methanol Company (End User) SNC Lavlin ( EPC Contractor) & Bahwan Engineering Company ( Contractor) was present and extremely satisfied by the product Application.
